Shipping policy
We proudly offer free express worldwide shipping via DHL, FedEx or UPS. Tifnest is not held responsible for any customs duties or import charges. Please note that we do our best to fulfill your order and dispatch it within one business day of your purchase. Rest assured that we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 14 to 21 business days.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a confirmation email, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our tracking page. Please allow 3 to 7 working days for the tracking information to show.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at hello@casadilumo.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
RETURNS
By placing an order on Tifnest, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us if you are not happy with your purchase. In the case that your product is damaged due to shipment or manufacturing error, we will issue you a full refund or send you a brand new package. Please refer to our refund policy for further information on how to make a return.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Tifnest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our tracking page.
